We paid $117,000 across two contracts $68,000 for development and $49,000 for marketing to Naked Development for a consumer-ready iOS and Android app and a full marketing funnel.They delivered neither.We originally requested delivery by Black Friday, the most critical sales window for a parent-focused consumer app. Naked Development proposed December as an alternative. That deadline was their own suggestion. They missed it. We extended to January, then February, then April, then issued a formal written Notice of Breach before giving them one final deadline the following June. Every deadline was missed. We were over 300% over timeline.When we finally handed the codebase to a second development firm, the app would not build on either iOS or Android. We paid thousands just to get it running enough to assess the damage. The contracted team was never fully assembled. Tickets were put on hold without explanation. Subscription management, the most critical feature of the app, was broken for months and never fixed by Naked.The commercial video Naked produced was unusable by launch, as cultural references had gone stale during the delay.We are software engineers who have led teams of over 100. These were not minor issues. They were basic, objective engineering failures.When we raised breach concerns with founder John Driscoll, his response was "let's just let our lawyers talk about it."We are aware of more than a dozen other former clients who experienced similar issues. Do not recommend.
I hired Naked Development in 2022 to build a new version of my mobile app. I paid $203,000 upfront (spread over six months essentially everything I had saved from my first year in business), and was told the app would be completed in five months, by Fall 2022.Instead, the project turned into nearly a year of delays, almost done updates, and declining involvement from their team. My very small internal team and I ended up doing much of the project management and QA work ourselves because progress had stalled so severely. Despite constant reassurances, no functional product was ever delivered.By mid-2023, I hired multiple external development teams to assess the code. Every single one independently concluded that the app was non-functional, unstable, not scalable, and could not be launched. They warned it would crash immediately and required a complete rebuild. I then hired a neutral third-party auditor with zero connection to any agency and his report confirmed the same findings.After paying over $200K, I had nothing usable. When I factored in delays, internal time lost, expert audits, and the cost of rebuilding from scratch, the financial impact to my business exceeded $500,000.After multiple attempts to resolve the situation privately were unsuccessful, I filed a lawsuit, which is now a matter of public record (Superhuman Inc. v. Naked Development). The case is set for trial in early 2026. While litigation is never something a founder hopes for, at a certain point it became the only responsible path given the evidence and the financial damage.I strongly recommend extreme caution when considering this agency.

We worked with Page Design on a rebranding project for our association, and while the process was conducted professionally, we felt that our input from the initial brainstorming sessions was not meaningfully incorporated into the first round of logo concepts. Due to the way their process operates, we were then required to select 2-3 options to move forward with, despite none of them truly meeting our needs.In an effort to course-correct, we invested additional funds for another design session, hoping to achieve a result that better reflected our vision.Unfortunately, after a considerable financial commitment and a significant time commitment from both our team and our board of directors, we ultimately walked away empty handed and ended up having to hire another designer to rebrand our association.We addressed these concerns in a conversation with the company's owner, who acknowledged some responsibility but did not seem genuinely invested in making things right. No financial adjustments or remedies were offered.If your association values its budget and is looking for a true collaborative partner in a branding project, Page Design may not be the best fit.
