At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. In both cases, Dos Mundos responded quickly and fixed the issue. We recommend Dos Mundos to anyone looking for a responsive and capable team to provide an up-to-date website with excellent graphics that appeals to the eye and tells your story well.

I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING).They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand.Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience.Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business.2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.

My personal experience with kitely tech, has been unproductive to say the least. Yes, Jason is very responsive and answers every question and returns calls prominently. He portrays kitely tech as a large firm with offices in several states but as we found out that is not the case. When our team asked to meet with the entire marketing team and developers they were not available. I advise meeting with entire development team at clark office what is just a share office space with a small mail box with company name on it. I describe doing business with kitely tech similar to being "cat fished" online . The unethical business practices by Jason caused timely delays with projects promised by a certain deadline. I lost of thousands of dollars and misrepresenting a large marketing firm based in the U.S. when in fact all the work is outsource to india.

Overall the experience with Kitely was very good. The web developers overall did wonderful work. Though sometimes things may not be done as fast as both they and the client may want, the work they do is gold. I have had other poor experiences with other web development companies and Kitely was certainly the best. When errors were made on Kitely's end or if I did not communicate all my ideas correctly, they were on top of it to fix the mistakes and if something on my website broke unexpectedly, they were on top of fixing it. If you have an idea, they are likely able to create code for it. They did a great job bringing some innovative things to life, but more in depth ideas may take a little more time to finish than anticipated. I would recommend Kitely to people looking to build a site from scratch.
