Paid too much (we realise that now) for a standard website to be built with a template but were not supplied the files to update this. Also paid a very significant amount to have logos designed and were not supplied with the vector files. When we needed them, after a few years realising they had never been sent, this company argued, denied, and wanted to charge to send it over, “retrieve it” they said. “All design companies reserve the right to charge for files from their own archive systems “ this is standard practice” we were told, however speaking to other companies this is not, especially if you paid for and should have been supplied with them already within the terms of the service. The time it took to ask for the files is irrelevant. Beware, especially if you are trying to start a business and knowledge is basic, this is a company that will exploit that.

By looking at Youtube pages and references, you expect a high quality job. Although I sent them the exact sample I wanted, very amateur works came out. I could have done the same job on fiverr for $150 but I paid $270. At the end of 14 days, I received half a job and now I am doing the rest of the work myself. They did not offer a refund. I do not recommend. Also, half of the positive comments here belong to the team...
