I'm a front-end developer and the best thing about my job is that I get to work from anywhere i have a decent internet connection.Even if I work remotely, the work itself in no different than a regular coding job. Communication with other team members is great thanks to a good project management application. DistantJob handled my hiring process quite fast - it took less than a week; some job interviews i had with different companies used to take quite long.

I applied with Distant Job and got a job as a Frontend Developer. The interviews went perfectly and fast, I couldn't be happier with the process.Work-wise it's all pretty common Agile routine, scrum meetings at the beginning of the day, solving small tasks, discussing big ones, etc. but I get to work on my lovely PC, in comfort conditions and manage my own time.

Right off the bat I could tell Recruitment Canada was different from other engineering recruitment agencies we have worked with in Canada. It was immediately apparent from the initial kickoff call with Recruitment Canada that their team understands engineering roles and cares about finding quality candidates. They took the time to understand our unique needs and built relationships with the managers they worked alongside. They asked incredibly thoughtful probing questions about our roles, the experience required/preferred, and our company's culture. They also provided guidance based on their expertise in engineering recruitment to help us define and hone the requirements for our positions. They sent us quality candidates who had been vetted and met the criteria we outlined in our initial conversation.
