I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Emminger today. I was having such a difficult time with some things regarding my OneDrive, and a few other things with the company software at my job. He was so nice! very professional. Very kind. Most of all.... HE WAS SO PATIENT!!!!!!! Lol! I was a mess with technology today, and he explained everything! He walked me through it all and helped me really understand what he was doing so that I knew how to correct the issue myself should a problem such as this arise.
