One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

We were using Leeshanok Network Solutions for their managed services, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One glaring issue was the consistently slow response time. When facing problems, the delay in getting assistance was frustrating and impacted the efficiency of our operations.The repair time for issues was unreasonably long. Critical problems took an unacceptable amount of time to be addressed, causing disruptions to our business processes. This lack of urgency was disappointing and hindered our ability to maintain a seamless workflow.We found the level of professionalism to be lacking Some people were ok, but some weren't. Communication was often unclear, and the overall approach to problem-solving seemed disorganized. It left me questioning the competence and commitment of the team at Leeshanok.I expected a higher standard of service, and unfortunately, this was not met.

This company is a FRAUD. Placed an order, was then notified it would be 2 months for delivery. Credit card was charged. I called to cancel the order and then my credit card was charged a 2nd time! I ordered a basic $100 printer and after 9 days it has never shipped. I have called Insight over 25 times in the past 5 days, left 2 voicemails, emailed and no response. Nobody answers the phones here, makes me wonder if the company exists. I would highly discourage anyone from thinking about working with this company until they get their customer service fixed. Really frustrating experience. I can't even return the purchase since it is just in limbo.
