Service guys and operators are kind and good at what they do. Since being taken over, the Acct Manager we deal with is rude, short and acts like everything is a problem unless she thinks she's going to get a sale. So kind and responsive at that point, the rest of the time, No.

One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

We've been with Parkside Tech for a few years now and they've been great. I needed them after a hack. They came in, stablized everything rapidly and secured our systems. Fast response times, good work and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Extremely happy to have found them when we did.

Outstanding! First time customer and needed a repair on my older Buffalo NAS storage system which has been inaccessible for the past month+. This was an older unit that was probably on its last legs. Technician Cristian came out and did not give up, even when things were looking pretty dire. Ultimately, after about 90 minutes, he was able to both diagnose the problem, and got the NAS accessible once again. Whew!! I was impressed as these folks obviously understand more than just computers, they are networking experts.It’s always impressive when a company under-promises, and over-delivers.This company was referred to me by my longtime printer in the deer Valley Airpark area, who also has had great success with them.The technician had a superb demeanor, and even though this was a relatively small job at my home office, I was treated professionally and cannot recommend Parkside Tech highly enough.

Parkside Tech was outstanding to work with on the opening of our new office. Ryan was easy to work with on the quote, the installation team was on time and completed the work timely.The pricing was very competitive. I have had them do two other jobs for me and plan to use them again in the next two weeks. I have had many offices wired over the years from 5,000 ft to 120,000 ft and this was the easiest install I have every had. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Emminger today. I was having such a difficult time with some things regarding my OneDrive, and a few other things with the company software at my job. He was so nice! very professional. Very kind. Most of all.... HE WAS SO PATIENT!!!!!!! Lol! I was a mess with technology today, and he explained everything! He walked me through it all and helped me really understand what he was doing so that I knew how to correct the issue myself should a problem such as this arise. Josh Emminger was a great person to work with. I truly appreciate his help!!!!! Thanks Mr Emminger.
