When Andrew Barbara and the team introduced InsureTech Connect, it was ideal for our situation.Andrew and the team took the time to understand how we actually worked before making changes. They worked closely with the ITC system and our internal team to connect the systems properly, so information flowed through accurately and removed the human error from the multiple touch points that existed before. It made a real difference to day-to-day operations. Fewer errors, less time wasted on manual tasks and a much smoother experience across the board. Not having to save multiple times for contemporaneous file notes across Officetech and Insight alone was a huge time saver.Whenever we needed support, the FocusNet team was there, and that reliability mattered just as much as the implementation itself.
