Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best. After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project. We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side. They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project. We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

I want to share my experience so others are aware of the tactics this company uses. I was first contacted via an unsolicited spam text message promoting app development services. I had never heard of this business before, nor did I request any information from them. To see who was really behind the spam, I replied with a simple question about app pricing. The next day, I was contacted directly by this company. What was most concerning is that they tried to claim I had emailed them asking for their services — which is completely false. I never sent them an email or initiated any legitimate contact. The only reason they had my information was because of their own spam outreach. This is both misleading and dishonest.Professional companies do not need to resort to spamming strangers or fabricating stories about how potential clients found them. This type of behavior demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If a business cannot be upfront and honest during the very first interaction, it raises major red flags about how they would handle a client’s project, communication, data, and money over time.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Trust is one of the most important parts of choosing a development partner, and unfortunately, their conduct showed me they are not worthy of that trust. I strongly advise anyone considering working with them to be cautious and look elsewhere for reputable professionals.

In 2017 we had an exceptionally dissatisfying data science consulting experience with the Tredence team in Silicon Valley and India. In summary, lots of over-promises, questionable expertise and practices, requests for more payments (rising from their own mis-judgements of timelines), casually missed deadlines, lack of understanding of basics of data science, NLP, machine learning, statistics and coding. Tredence has worked with us on a couple of predictive modeling projects for over a year without the meaningful deliverables. This is not the first feedback; and I truly hope their management has fixed the issues, raised values/ethics and has taken such complaint as a gift to act upon and clean up the practices. The "excellent" reviews from avatars (with no history) are doubtful and come across as biased and/or unreal. The legitimate reviews from client companies carry the most impact. Hopefully, this review is helpful for others in leveling their expectations.
