We have been using Alliance for years now and they consistently provide top notch service. We recently had every computer and multiple laptops replaced in our office. Kevin and his team made the transition effortless on our end from ordering and programming to installation. Adam and the techs who came on site took time with each employee to make sure every item that needed to be transferred or backed up was done correctly before the disconnect and reconnect. All employees were back up and running with absolutely no issues. We did not have to lose a work day and lose revenue or shut down the office during this switch as they made sure they were ready when they arrived and were very efficient with their time. Thank you to the Alliance team!
