I'm a small business owner that wanted a simple but professional website. After being referred to this company by an employee and friend. I showed Richard Nobles sr. project manager and Nick Holland, what i wanted done with my existing website. Shared examples of other website and compared how i wanted mine set up. I explained to the managers that my budget is $10-15k for a custom website. They agreed to me over the phone, that they can do the project for my price point. Made my initial $5000 payment, they quickly asked me for another $5000. Quickly ate up a total of $10k then asked me for another $10k. which would have been over budget. So i asked them what they completed with that money. Basically what i got was a digram of how the website would function and some power points. So i my eyes i paid $10,000 for their time and some paperwork. Once i told them that i dont have the money for over budget they quickly stopped and became very slow picking up calls and returning emails. After i explained that i wanted a final cost of the completion of the website. Nick could not come up with a final price and told me to pay another $2,500 to come up with up the numbers. Outraged that they took advantage of a small business owner took me a long time to invest that money. This set back from Quest Technology Managment is going to set me back months to be finically able to hire another company to finish this project. Highly not recommend!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This company dragged out our website creation process from 6 months to over a year. They continuously ignored requests, ignored our direct emails, ignored files we provided, and on. The final product was delivered full of 404 errors, spelling and grammar mistakes, incorrect files, missing files, triplicate files, and on. We were passed around from person to person throughout the entire process. They told us they understood the needs of an HRA, but continuously betrayed that statement. They ignored our request for team training on the new site, which was part of our agreement. Stay away from this company.

I did have a couple issues with the presentation in that after the presenter reconnected his screen was not really visible (only the lower left part of the screen was visible) - it looked as if a virtual machine was being used and the screen was not rendering correctly through the zoom session (I am running on a MacBook Pro). also didn't see in the chat window the comments that the presenter seemed to see. I will try again for session 2 to see if it is usable.Day 2Excellent discussion - very useful.Day 3This was an excellent overall session. Excellent info and well prepared and presented. This inspired me to rebuild my virtual Windows environment (currently running on a Mac) in order to try out some of these techniques. As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.

Used a fraudulent tracking number to "placeholder" a shipment, the tracking number was set to re-deliver to their address. The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...

Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why.
