I’ve been a client of Computer 1 for 17 years for our dental office. They are by far the best IT company that I’ve ever worked with. We always receive great service in a timely manner. Staff is always very accommodating. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Everyone at Computer1 is wonderful, they are quick to fix issues, and always help troubleshooting, too. Most of the time, its user (me) error. So glad to have them taking care of my practice!

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

We are proud to have been able to offer a beautiful Modernfold panel recovery job to give the walls a facelift to complete newly renovated meeting rooms at Deloitte in Rockefeller Plaza. Deloitte has always been such a great and dear client of ours! We look forward to continuing to work together in the future!

Deloitte completely failed implementation of Army IgnitEd, which led to thousands of service members paying out of pocket for education expenses. The circus that we watched unfold leaves me with zero confidence in the services that this firm provides.

I’ve been using General Informatics for our governmental office for about two years, and they’ve been beyond wonderful and are life savers. My main contact there is worth his weight in gold. I won’t mention his name because I selfishly don’t want to share him with any more clients than I already have to. 🤣

General Informatics is the best IT company out there! They are very customer oriented and professional in every way. All of the employees go above and beyond to help you with any issues you may have, big or small. You can tell they enjoy the work they do and their enthusiasm is contagious. If you are in the market for a new IT company, or just thinking about it, I would recommend reaching out to them. They can save you money and most importantly do a terrific job for you and your company!

Our small business is SO happy we switched to GenInf, after struggling for years with our previous IT support service. Complicated setups were immediately made easier to use and understand, and support has been top notch. Also - thank goodness they brought us into the modern era with seamless remote work capabilities, so we didn't skip a beat transitioning to work from home during Covid-19.

Comit did a fabulous job working with us to create our first website for our program. We had a lot of delays on our end, but Helena and her team were patient with us as we worked through them. We are extremely pleased with how the site looks and works. The Comit team took the time to understand the purpose of our website as well as the feel and look we were going for. The website truly matches our brand!

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
