Kanerika made a team for us to discuss the details and develop Power BI project. 3 personal dashboards were also planned and designed. Firstly the architecture of the system was created and implemented. The dashboards for heads of departments were developed and tested by the reconciliation dashboard too. Finally we got the staff training for interactive analytics dashboards usage. Power BI system has highlighted the efficiency of our working process. I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.
