  We have been a Cherwell customer since 2014. Being that we didn't have the resources to create the system we had in mind, Cherwell hooked us up with one of their partners but that initial relationship just didn't pan out. Then we found out about Excalibur. From our initial meeting, we knew we found our forever Cherwell consultant. We have worked with 3 different team members (not including the owner) and each has been a pleasure to work with. They go the extra mile to learn your business so you don't waste time explaining things over and over. Seems they have been a Cherwell partner forever and there hasn't been a question we've asked that they haven't been able to answer.
