IT Goat has been an amazing partner for my company and office building over the past 4+ years. From the original set up, to moving our headquarters, to day-to-day issues (which have been minimal thanks to them). They are extremely responsive, communicate very well, and have solved everything in a timely manner resulting in zero disruption to my business. We couldn't be more pleased with IT Goat.

I am writing this review to express my utmost satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by OSP Labs . I had the opportunity to work with them on the development of a healthcare digital platform, and their level of professionalism and dedication were simply unparalleled. From the inception of the project, the team demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of our goals and vision. They showed top-tier expertise in healthcare software development, employing innovative strategies to design a platform that was both user-friendly and robust in its functionalities. One of the most impressive aspects of our collaboration was their commitment to consistent communication and support. The team was always readily available to address any queries or issues that surfaced during the development process. This open line of communication went a long way in ensuring that the project progressed smoothly and efficiently.

Working with ITAdOn’s help desk is a breath of fresh air. The team knows their stuff and they’re approachable. They never brush off even the smallest issues. ITAdOn’s Managed IT support not only solved our Wi-Fi problems, it has also made our day-to-day work much faster.

Since bringing on ITAdOn for Managed IT in Dallas, things have changed for the better. Their help desk is always quick to answer, and any support ticket gets handled thoroughly. Our network is more stable and has less downtime now. It’s a huge relief to have an IT partner who truly has our backs.

Before we switched to ITAdOn, dealing with server and printer outages were regular issues. Their technical support team was quick and brought stability to our systems. Since ITAdOn’s proactive Managed IT services have reduced our downtime, now we have reliable and smooth IT systems at our work.

Great Place to Grow and Learn – 6 Wonderful Years at Tatvasoft!I had the opportunity to work at Tatvasoft as a QA for 6 years, and it was truly a rewarding and enriching experience. Throughout my time there, I learned so much – not only in terms of technical skills but also in understanding best practices, teamwork, and professionalism.I'm grateful for the opportunities and support I received during my time at Tatvasoft. It's a great place for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in the IT industry.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.
