Technical Support always find a way to sort out issues I have, especially since I've been working remotely for well over a year, only visiting the office once a week. Good team of support technicians and quick to respond. Today Dan helped sort out a problem with the back-up quickly and effectively.Steve helped out today (23.02.2022) and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you.(10.03.2022) I emailed Tech Support at the end of one working day and asked for help when I would be in the next day. Doug called early and sorted out the installation I needed on two devices. Great start to the day!(27.09.2022) Quick call to Technical Drive this afternoon, and Steve in Tech Support was quick to understand the issue I had. Within 5minutes, my issue was sorted and I picked up a tip for using the Inprivate window of the browser, too! Got on with the rest of my afternoon's work straight way. Thank you!

Used this place twice, first time about 3 years ago was brilliant, same day service whilst I waited.This time I had to leave my laptop with them (April 1st...I know!). Took them about a month and a half and couldn't fix the main issue (something to do with the battery charging component, not the battery itself), but they did fix the broken backlight that had been plaguing me for over a year.I wasn't mad about the charging issue (sad as it only runs at partial power as its a gaming laptop), moreso annoyed that I was the one constantly calling for an update, they only called me once unprovoked halfway through the almost 6 weeks they had it.
