      SEO Review from Adeoye Odunayo

We worked with Intactdia on a website redesign and development project aimed at improving both the structure and usability of our existing platform, which had become difficult to navigate and was not effectively supporting customer inquiries or showcasing our services clearly. One thing I particularly appreciated about Intactdia was how they approached the project from a practical standpoint rather than just focusing on design. During the early stages, they took time to understand how our customers interact with our site and pointed out specific areas where users might get confused or drop off. Instead of overcomplicating the solution, they reorganized our content into a clearer structure and improved navigation so that key services are easier to find. From a development perspective, they delivered a responsive website that works consistently across mobile and desktop, and they also optimized loading speed, which had been an issue for us previously. They implemented SEO basics and ensured the backend was simple enough for our team to manage updates without needing ongoing technical support. In terms of results, we started noticing a difference shortly after launch. Customers were able to find information more easily, which reduced the number of repetitive inquiries our team had to handle. We also saw an increase in inquiries coming through the website instead of phone calls, which made it easier to manage and track leads internally. Overall, the project delivered exactly what we needed a more functional, user-friendly website that supports our day-to-day operations more effectively. Intactdia’s strength lies in their ability to align technical work with real business needs rather than just delivering a visually appealing product.

We worked with a designer from Red Collar for two months. They have quickly delved into our processes, got a sense of the tool set and integrated into the team. They were independent in carrying out the assigned tasks and bringing them up for discussion, gradually going through iterations and perfecting their designs. It was a pleasure to work together. Next time we are in need of design help, I'll be happy to employ Red Collar's services.

This is the WORST company to get a logo from. They harass and try to upsell you non stop. They called multiple times to upsell a website before logo was even finished. It took weeks to get a satisfactory logo, afterwards they try to intimidate you into paying an extra $1500 to “trademark” your logo even though their website advertises 100% rights included. They will not stop reaching out with upsells and threats. THEY ARE SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

Misleading Business Practices – Hidden $1,500 Fee After Logo Purchase I purchased a “Custom Package” from Custom Design Genius for about $190 on October 1, 2025, which was advertised to include 100% ownership rights for completed logos. After weeks of communication, and hours of me driving the creative design work on a very simplistic logo, the company refused to release my final approved artwork unless I paid an additional $1,500 for what they called a “nationwide certification” or copyright/trademark process — something never mentioned in their advertising, invoice, or pre-payment discussions. This requirement was only raised after design completion and payment, which I believe is deceptive and inconsistent with their stated terms. I have disputed the charge with my credit card provider and filed complaints with consumer protection agencies. I caution others to avoid engaging unless the full terms are provided upfront in writing.

Very disappointing experience. I hired this company for a logo and website project, and the quality of the work was extremely poor. They did not follow my instructions, ignored my guidelines, and delivered unprofessional results. I requested a refund over 2 months ago, and I am still waiting. I have contacted customer service many times, but the agents avoid responsibility, give vague excuses, or end the chat without resolving anything. After dealing with this, I checked their reviews and realized they have mostly negative feedback and only around 1.5 stars. I should have started there first — it says everything about how they treat their customers. This company has poor communication, no transparency, terrible customer service, and low-quality work. They waste your time and your money. I do not recommend them at all.

Corporate Branding Agency Hiring Guide

What is a corporate branding agency?

A corporate branding agency is a specialized agency that delves deeper into the complexities and challenges of branding for large-scale corporations, going beyond the scope of a traditional branding agency. It partners with professionals who work together to create strong brand narratives, enabling the company to distinguish itself from its competitors and convey its values and visions to its intended audience.

Corporate branding agencies recognize that a brand is more than simply logos and taglines; it's a combination of pictures, words, and sentiments that distinguishes a company. They ensure the brand lines up with an organization’s goals and tackles big challenges, whether it's going global or handling mergers. Through design, strategy, and clear communication, they shape a brand that builds trust and puts a company at the forefront of its field.

Strong branding is essential in today’s overcrowded market, as consistent brand presentation can increase revenue by up to 33%. Visual design is particularly impactful, as color increases brand recognition by up to 80%.

Success Story

While numbers highlight the impact of strategic corporate branding, the following case study further demonstrates how professional agencies can enhance businesses’ visibility.

  • Challenge: Broadview Federal Credit Union was formed from the merger of SEFCU and CAP COM. Both organizations had strong synergies, but their legacy names no longer accurately reflected their expanded memberships. They needed a new, unified brand to align with their mission and future direction.
  • Solution: Tenet Partners developed a comprehensive branding strategy rooted in extensive market research, interviews, and analysis. The new brand, Broadview, was built around shared values of member-centric service, fairness, and forward-thinking technology. The visual identity and messaging emphasized human-centric service, community involvement, and technological innovation. Tenet also oversaw the brand roll-out, from signage to web adaptations, for a seamless public transition.
  • Results: The strategic rebranding positioned Broadview as a dominant player in the financial services sector. It built the foundation for long-term growth and increased market presence. The brand resonated with its members and the broader community to reflect the credit union’s mission, culture, and focus on the future.

What is a corporate branding strategy?

A corporate branding strategy is a long-term plan that outlines how a corporation will establish and maintain its identity, values, and reputation in the market. This strategy serves as a blueprint for all branding activities and decisions, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and business goals.

The elements of corporate branding strategy include:

  • Brand positioning
How the brand will be perceived in relation to competitors.
  • Target audience
Identifying the key stakeholders the brand aims to reach, such as customers, investors, and employees.
  • Brand voice and messaging
Establishing the tone and key messages that will be used in all communication touchpoints.
  • Long-term goals
Setting measurable objectives for brand awareness, equity, and loyalty.
  • Monitoring and evaluation metrics
Criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the branding efforts.
  • Budget and resource allocation
Determining the financial and human resources needed to implement the strategy.
  • Timeline
A schedule for when different elements of the strategy will be implemented.

The corporate branding strategy is the foundation upon which all corporate branding services and activities are built. It ensures that all efforts are cohesive, targeted, and effective in building a strong, sustainable brand identity.

For instance, Apple's "Think Different" mantra is a cornerstone in its corporate branding strategy, effectively positioning the company as an innovator in the technology industry. This strategic messaging is complemented by Apple's focus on user-friendly product design, emphasizing the importance of a satisfying user experience. The iconic 1984 commercial further showcases Apple's advertising and media production prowess, setting it apart from competitors. Apple's commitment to customer service also shapes its brand reputation, creating strong customer relationships.

By integrating these diverse elements — clear messaging, product design, impactful advertising, and customer service — Apple has successfully built a unified and compelling brand story.

Why do businesses use corporate branding?

Businesses use corporate branding to establish a consistent identity that differentiates them in the market, fosters customer loyalty, and drives business growth. A well-executed corporate branding strategy does more than just create a memorable logo or tagline; it builds a comprehensive brand experience that resonates with customers, investors, and employees alike.

Unified brand image helps in:

  • Global consistency
A cohesive corporate brand ensures that the company is consistently represented across various countries and cultures, which is crucial for multinational corporations that operate in diverse markets.
  • Stakeholder engagement
Large corporations have multiple stakeholders, including investors, employees, suppliers, and regulators. Strong corporate branding helps effectively communicate and engage with each of these groups.
  • Competitive advantage
A well-defined corporate brand sets a corporation apart from its competitors in crowded markets, providing a unique selling proposition.
  • Talent attraction and retention

What is the difference between corporate marketing and corporate branding agencies?

Corporate marketing and corporate branding agencies differ in their focus and objectives. Corporate marketing agencies promote a corporation's products or services and are frequently focused on accomplishing short-term goals such as increasing sales or market share.

On the other hand, corporate branding agencies delve into the essence of the business to build a cohesive and enduring brand identity. They work on long-term strategies aligning with the company's mission, values, and vision, focusing on brand identity and stakeholder engagement.

Simply put, corporate marketing agencies are tactical and aim to drive immediate business results through various promotional activities. Meanwhile, corporate branding agencies are strategic, aiming to build a sustainable brand that fosters long-term relationships with various stakeholders.
