Not even sure why, but a flyer that I at first mistook for garbage was blowing in the wind in my porch yesterday, advertising some kind of holiday give away - including apparently multiple Xbox es, since mine blew up days after the one year warranty was up, I figured eh I'll swing through. Showed up to a very dark but kinda cool looking church set up sort of like a club but feeling unfinished, and was ushered in by a bunch of friendly teen-twenty something kids, one of who asks for ID then laughs as i produce it, 'just joking dude'... thats a joke? How so?... Didn't upset me or anything, but I was like what the heck was that? Im led into a small crowd of children and parents, where I proceeded to wait on a line - apparently to produce ID ... maybe this is the line to get the joke punchline or an explanation?... Anyway after about ten minutes of the line going no where and no one seeming to know what's going on, I decided to split. Space looks great but unfinished and the crew is nice but confused at best. I still don't know what the heck this space is, nor why I was there beyond the phrase 'free xbox giveaway'... So confusing.

So I had a problem with my website this morning not really sure on what I should do so I gave Werkbot A call on the phone and explain my situation. I asked if it was OK for me to stop in sometime today to talk a little bit more about what I had going on. The person on my phone was OK with me just stopping in when I had a moment. Because of my crazy work schedule, I stop down just after 4 o’clock and they were walking out the door closing up for the day. So I asked if this was Werkbot “ He said yes, it was, And he knew who I was. So he actually opened the office back up we went inside we sat down. He pulled my information up and he started going through everything for me.. I want to just say that I am not a customer of theirs. I’m a random person who made a phone call to them and they were very helpful. I just want other people to know that the customer service that I got from this company was five stars hands-down. You don’t get that much anymore. I did waste about 40 minutes of his time. He never charged me a penny. I will tell all of my friends and family for sure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, I appreciate you guys!!

EZ Rankings is extremely disappointing. The services did not deliver the quality that was promised. The company charges premium prices for services such as website design, SEO, and SMO, but the results fell far short of expectations. Despite significant investment, I did not see the level of progress, performance, or return that was discussed during the sales process. Communication was another major issue. It often felt difficult to get clear answers, timely updates, or meaningful support when concerns were raised. The team did not appear well-coordinated, and resolving issues took much longer than expected. I also felt that expectations were set very aggressively during the sales stage, but the actual delivery did not match those expectations. Promises regarding growth, rankings, and overall project outcomes seemed much stronger than what was ultimately achieved. For businesses considering SEO, SMO, or web development services, I would recommend asking detailed questions about deliverables, timelines, and measurable results before signing a contract. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this company again.

Our organization, a tech start up shares space with MG Technologies. We actually are renters. The Leadership Team at Mindgrub we consider family. What a wonderful ensemble of folks. The location is lovely, the interior is an open floor plan with considerable space engineered for meetings along with places to tuck into for invaluable peace and quiet. MindGrub has a pleasant Front Desk Coordinator who maintains shared schedules, provides true " air traffic control" of people, presents, and packages. as well as kitchens that provide abundant drinks and snacks:) It feels very much like home.
