I had already shared the MSN URL in proposals, my media kit, and social posts; when it disappeared, those assets contained dead links and I had to remediate them, which impacted credibility with clients and event planners.I filed a PayPal dispute for service not as described, attaching the contract/pitch, invoice, screenshots of the dead link, and emails offering a substitute site. On Aug 12, 2025, PayPal closed the case in my favor and refunded the payment.Communication was prompt but did not resolve core issues or provide third-party documentation supporting the removal.
