Came across Tribu on YouTube and was really excited to reach out so much so that I immediately went to their website to submit my contact information. Unfortunately when I was contacted back the next day, I was very put off by I believe his name was Mark. I greeted him with enthusiasm and compliments about their marketing and in return I expected genuine questions on what I was needing. The one and only question that resonates from the phone call was his one question was "how do you make your money?" I'm not sure how this was relevant as I explained I needed assistance with branding a project not funding it. It's been a few weeks now and no follow up, I'm just extremely disappointed in my experience.Update: I've since been contacted by Owner who expressed genuine concern with my experience. Pending a meeting to determine if services align with each others business goals. Looking forward to seeing if Tribu is the advertising agency for my small philanthropic business.2nd Update: Never heard back from anyone.

We launched a new brand for our business and needed a new logo. We were very impressed with the company. David was extremely professional and courteous. Although we are a small business we were treated as if we were a huge corporation. We had emailed, called and/or met with at least 5 other graphic designers prior to our meeting with Luna Creative and we were simply blown away by Luna Creative's professionalism and willingness to bring our ideas to life. Work was performed very quickly and David kept us informed with updates without us even asking. The pricing was a little over our budget but you get what you pay for and we firmly believe that the quality of service was definitely was worth the price. I would highly recommend to others.
