Maxwell has been such a lifeline for me. He was not only willing to fix my situation, but he even showed me what to look for, and directions on how to fix, in case if it happens with one of my coworkers on their computers. He was super patient with me, even when I called him back when I had another issue with my printer. He got right to the problem and had a such a friendly voice, that I didn’t feel that I was a bother calling in the ticket. I’m just super grateful that I not only dealt with him, but also on a Friday, made my day going into the weekend. Highly recommend Miles IT!

We were introduced to KDG back in October 2024. They were recommended by a sister company of ours. Our goal was to transition from multiple programs to one program to help streamline and automate as many processes as possible. In order to accomplish this, we needed a company like KDG to help with the customization of the program to accommodate the different needs of the different roles within our organization. They've spent so much time with us, starting with each employee to understand what they need - They've truly been a partner. Yes, Adrienne Parker did an excellent job working with me to resolve a lock-out issue with my Citrix desktop. While it was a lengthy effort to resolve, we both learned near the end of our call, there may have been a simultaneous issue with Citrix being down at the time. Adrienne was very professional, helpful and empathetic knowing I needed access. Adrienne also demonstrated her deep knowledge trying all possible resolutions until we finally achieved success. I had no recurring issues across the remainder of my atypical remote workday. One of the best tech support calls ever and I've had a few across my career to judge what a great experience it was working with Adrienne!
