So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

It's a lean and decisive process, giving us brand consistency, clarity, and the beginnings of scaling the operation.Each weekly check-in meeting is an objective, lively and invigorating session where spontaneous smiles and feelings of validation are the norm, none of which would have happened as easily on our own.If this were all in a culinary context, picture Focorda arriving as personal Michelin chefs, vs. a taco truck that keeps breaking down. During the detailed and productive intake calls, it was clear that Lena and Valerie had both the business sense and technical acumen to quickly understand my use cases and visualize a workflow. My initial due diligence led us to a shortlist of systems that fit within my budget. Instead of leading me to a solution that would be more advantageous to them and more costly for me, they were with me every step of the way to find the right solution. In the end we mutually agreed on a new (to both of us) platform that could be retrofitted to my needs within my budget. That customer-first service did not end there.Throughout the development process Valerie communicated often to ensure I was on board with the development as the primary user of the system. My needs as a client were heard and applied to the development. Working with Forcoda, the communication was clear, the work product is quality and the partnership was felt. I was there at Perceptive Analytics for a while. During that time I had the opportunity to work with the CEO very closely. The man built the company from ground up all by himself. He once taught me some grammar in english, that's how much interest he took in me while I worked there. I happened to work with some of the most smartest and talented people from amazing institutions there. My advice if someone wants to work there is to be super smart or super hardworking.... I have worked at Perceptive Analytics for approximately 10 months and my time at the company was awesome, to say the least.I have learnt a lot about sales and marketing which will be helpful for me going ahead. I have interacted with many clients and potential clients as well, and I got to learn a lot from these interactions.I also had a lot of freedom to experiment in my role, which was instrumental in enhancing my experience. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.
