Brandon was the associate who helped us, and I am so glad he was there. Changing from our previous provider was complex, and since I have hearing issues, it was difficult to hear instructions. Brandon "listened" for me, walked through all the steps necessary, explained each step, and never made me feel rushed or patronized. I called corporate and was told I owe the entire month. They want me to pay for service I never received. Please be aware this company is not reasonable nor fair.
