The communication between us has been FANTASTIC!!! Above and Beyond! We were having troubles getting Square to work properly. Marcos sent step by step instructions, was constantly helping trouble shoot the problems by screenshots send via emails. He has been patient with me, helped me, answered any questions that came up.
