Patlive went through an extensive, hands on and personalized set up with me and worked with me - tweaking my script and set up until everything flowed perfectly. And they have been true to their word on billing which I have not always found to be the case with other services. I have a very high call volume and was concerned that I would not be able to stay within my calling plan- they reviewed my plan and calls so I could be confident that I was in the right plan.
