I visited Zealous System on 16th June 2025 for the walk-in interview announced on LinkedIn for interns/freshers in Python, PHP, WordPress, .Net, and QA roles. Despite clearly stating it was open for freshers, upon arrival, all Python candidates, including myself and my sister, were told they only accept those with prior experience, as interns are directly placed on live projects. This information was never mentioned in the post. The company blamed the marketing team for the misleading post. This experience wasted our valuable time, energy, and travel expenses. I urge the company to coordinate better internally and post accurate job/internship information to avoid misguiding freshers who genuinely seek opportunities.

My first experience with 4Design was working with Lee and Robbie on the Solarscan Melanoma Detection system for Polartechnics in the early 2000s. They converted a really bulky and frankly awfully designed prototype system into a sleek device suitable for manufacture and use in a Doctor's office. When I took over responsibility for product development and design at Emotiv I worked closely with Lee to spin our EPOC EEG wireless gaming headset into a fantastic, affordable user-friendly product which, after several model upgrades, continues to dominate the worldwide consumer and scientific EEG markets worldwide. 4Design have been a critical part of our success and were instrumental in bringing our full range of products to market, including Emotiv Insight (5-channel wireless pro-sumer EEG), Emotiv Flex (32-channel wireless research EEG) and MN8, integrating ear canal EEG measurement with wireless Bluetooth headphones. 4Design's attention to detail, focus on manufacturability, and willingness to work with us to evolve our designs has been an important part of our journey to deliver affordable wireless EEG systems worldwide, enabling researchers anywhere to access research-quality EEG devices for 10-100x less cost, 50x less set-up time and the ability for untrained end users to self-fit the devices and obtain high quality signals in the most challenging environments. So you have an idea- the next big thing-CONGRATULATIONS! What next? For me as an engineer, it's always a meeting with Roger from Aarons CGI. Why? Animations are the ultimate minimum viable product (MVP) for many concepts, and with Aarons CGI I always get three times the value compared to platform giggers (like Fiverr).How so?1. Amazing Quality: The finished product is always amazing in terms of the rendering and the physics (if it involves movement). In most instances, the animation was better than I imagined (and I have a good imagination!).2. Fresh Eye Review: Unlike job-shops, Roger doesn't just simply animate your emailed storyboard; he becomes an extended part of your team for a time, making the effort to get down in the weeds in order to understand your concept/vision as well as your message and the intended audience. This review process (go slow to go fast) is of incredible value because it makes you think things through (forces slow thinking), and the innocent questions raised by Roger are the same as your viewer will have. In many instances, the concept has been materially improved as a result! Let's face it, inventors are often blind to the needs and perspectives of their "customers".3. One Take: This is where the ‘go slow to go fast’ strategy pays off with the final step proceeding quickly and efficiently in a single step, to the agreed schedule. How? Simple, all the issues have been ironed out beforehand (step 2). Seemingly cheaper options usually work out much more expensive and take longer to do, because you do the job more than once (typically 3 iterations).So...Got a concept? Take my advice, the next stop should be Aarons CGI for an MVP with 3x the value!
