When we started the cooperation, we were working on a data visualization module that would enablethe analysis of production data from 36 plants operating under one division. The app aimed to gatherdata from different plants and present it in a visually compelling and easy-to-interpret way.Neoteric helped us quickly validate the feasibility of the designed solution by building the frontend ofthe app and implementing a temporary "backend adapter" in place of a fully functional backend knowing it would need to be refactored if we moved forward. The project involved a complex fraud investigation workflow where analysts were handling a large number of alerts and gathering information from multiple systems. Zealous System worked closely with us to understand the requirements, existing processes and expectations of the end client before moving into development. The team developed an AI-powered fraud triage agent that brings relevant information together, helps prioritise alerts and provides explainable recommendations while keeping human analysts involved in important decisions. What I appreciated was the team's ability to understand both the business and technical sides of the project. Communication was consistent, and they were responsive when requirements evolved during development and testing. The solution helped streamline the investigation process and reduce the amount of repetitive manual work involved in reviewing fraud alerts. Wezom is an enterprise software development company with more than 275 specialists. We brought RGray in for startup marketing and growth marketing for a FinTech SaaS platform we had built for a client, an early stage startup with a finished product and almost no market presence. RGray started with their startup marketing foundation: market and competitor research, positioning and messaging, and a growth strategy built on three prioritized hypotheses, each with its own funnel and success metrics. They then implemented the channels: SEO, GEO for visibility inside AI search and AI assistants, PR and digital media, and paid user acquisition to test the funnels fast. Analytics and attribution were in place from the start.They also built AI into the daily marketing work: a custom multi agent system using Claude, Grok, Perplexity and Gemini for research, content production and localization, handed over with workflows, prompts and checklists. Two of the three hypotheses proved out, so we elaborated those two and their funnels. CAC started at $31 and fell to $16 by the end of the test campaign, below the industry average. The campaign brought around 2,500 activated users, which boosted revenue and gave us real data for funnel, user and product analysis. The client finished with a working acquisition system and the documentation to run it, not a set of campaigns. Project management was on time and on budget: weekly calls, a shared board with owners and deadlines, monthly reporting against the strategy metrics, same day answers. When our client's roadmap moved, they resequenced the plan in days. Most impressive: they think like product owners, not like a service agency, and they challenged our ICP and pricing assumptions correctly. One improvement: the early reports were denser than we needed, and they added an executive summary once we asked.
