Customer service is fantastic and they get the job done! They have build a couple of new websites and still do the maintenance and keep up of it too. Any technical questions I've had they're always very much helpful in answering them. I love their fast response rate and they know what they're doing when it come to websites. They'll get the job done! They don't offer other services such as handling social media. They'll definitely get the job done for you and their repose rate is really great!

Online Reputation Management Review from Undisclosed
We hired WebiMax to assist with our reputation management online. We had specific goals of shifting positive content that was relevant to our business to the first page of a search. WebiMax has a clear and concise complexion report that they provided every month with a Project Management summary that was easy to understand. There was always a key point person to walk you through any nuances and pivot if the need arose. There really weren't in downsides to using WebiMax since their contract was also really flexible and it allowed us to use their services based on our timeline. Our experience with WebiMax has been very genuine. They set out to achieve our goals and understood what we wanted to achieve. They hold themselves to a high standard which is appreciated. Our points of contact were always professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. We have managed to achieve our goals with our reputation online. What once used to appear on page one of a google search has been shifted to page 4/5. More relevant content is now served up which has assisted with our brand image.

Public Relations Review from Viktor Bálint
Despite the extremely short timeframe and complexity of the project, Enterie team has done an excellent job preparing a cross-European communications plan and executing it. They coordinated our merger communication on 8 markets, helping us to secure 130+ publications in two months.
The agency approached the project of communicating our news a merger of the two leading EduTech companies in CEE that resulted in the formation of one of the biggest powerhouses of digital skills in Europe in a unique way. First, they prepared one central press release (template) and managed to coordinate the creation of all the local versions. Then, Enterie very well coordinated the distribution of the news in 8 different countries. Finally, they started pitching to journalists with exclusives, proposing interviews, articles and thought-leadership pieces by our C-level executives. The angles of communication were genuinely customized for different kinds of outlets HR, business, and startup ones. Special kudos to Ranbir, the person in charge of this part of the project, who would motivate us to stay proactive in the sphere of media relations.
Maja Wiśniewska-Hardek
Head of Marketing at SMSAPI
5.0★
Public Relations Review from Maja Wiśniewska-Hardek
We came to Enterie with the need to find local communication partners who would help SMSAPI enter the Italian, Spanish, French and German markets.
We wanted to cooperate with agencies that would advise us not only on the specifics of PR in a given country, but also on economic trends, consumer behavior and the cultural localisation of the product we offer.
I can confidently say that after several months of cooperation with local teams, their efforts have become an irreplaceable help in taking the first steps in these countries. It is worth emphasizing the professional approach of Enterie at the stage of briefing and setting communication goals.
Thanks to PR activities, we noticed a significant increase in referral visits to local language versions of SMSAPI and improved visibility in organic search results in a short time. Importantly, thanks to regular positioning in local media, we have gained many qualitative publications that directly influenced the recognition of SMSAPI brand in European countries, which quickly became visible in brand searches.
It is also worth saying that each of the agencies associated in Enterie is characterized by high professionalism and an understanding of the needs of the tech customer.

Employer branding PR: Storytelling that highlights culture, leadership, and workplace values through earned media.
Awards programs: Strategic identification and submission to industry awards to secure third-party validation.
Risk and resilience campaigns
Crisis response: Rapid communications to manage negative events, misinformation, or reputational threats.
Reputation repair: Sustained PR efforts to rebuild credibility after a crisis, controversy, or prolonged negative coverage.
How do top PR firms in the USA secure media coverage and build long-term momentum?
American PR firms secure media coverage and sustain momentum through a structured, repeatable process that combines strategy, execution, and relationship management.
Narrative development: Defining a clear, newsworthy story that aligns brand goals with what journalists write about, ensuring relevance rather than promotional messaging.
Proof-point assembly: Gathering customer outcomes, data, executive credibility, and third-party validation to support claims.
Media mapping: Identifying journalists and media outlets based on beat, audience fit, and past coverage.
Angle creation: Adapting the core narrative into timely, outlet-specific angles tied to trends, news hooks, or audience pain points.
Pitching cadence: Sending pitches in controlled waves to avoid inbox fatigue while maintaining steady visibility across priority publications.
Follow-ups and refinement: Using thoughtful follow-ups to clarify relevance or provide a new context rather than repeat the same message.
Reactive opportunities: Monitoring breaking news and journalist requests to insert expert commentary quickly, compounding coverage between major campaigns.
Relationship building and iteration: Earning trust through reliability and relevance—relationships can open doors, but newsworthiness still drives results.
How much does it cost to hire a PR agency in the United States?
PR agency costs in the United States vary widely based on the scope of work, pitch volume, media tier, industry complexity, crisis sensitivity, and specific deliverables. However, price ranges typically fall within the following:
Engagement type
Typical cost range
Notes
Monthly retainer (ongoing support)
$5,000-$20,000+ per month
Common range for standard campaigns; larger national/global programs can exceed this.
Used for consulting, strategy, or special projects.
Project-based fees
$5,000-$50,000+
One-off campaigns, like product launches or funding announcements.
Pre-set packages/tiered retainers
$4,000-$8,000+ per month
Fixed deliverables at defined tiers.
What’s the difference between a B2B public relations agency and a B2C PR firm?
B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) PR firms differ based on audience, buying cycle, and media focus.
B2B PR agency
B2B PR targets niche decision makers and long buying cycles, with coverage focused on industry and trade publications. Messaging relies on proof points like ROI, case studies, and expertise, with indirect conversion goals tied to pipeline influence and a steady, lower volume cadence.
B2C PR firm
Consumer PR targets broad audiences and shorter buying cycles, emphasizing mainstream media, lifestyle outlets, and creators. Storytelling is emotion-led and trend-driven, with clearer near-term conversion expectations such as traffic or sales and a faster, campaign-based cadence.
When should I hire a PR company instead of handling PR in-house?
Brands should decide between an agency and in-house PR based on scale, speed, and risk tolerance.
Hire a PR company if:
You need rapid scale or intensive campaign support that exceeds internal bandwidth.
You want immediate access to established media relationships across top-tier and niche outlets.
You are planning a high-stakes launch, funding round, rebrand, or market expansion.
You need crisis readiness or a 24/7 response capability that in-house teams cannot sustain.
You operate in a complex or regulated industry that requires specialized PR expertise.
You want an external perspective to sharpen positioning and messaging.
Keep it in-house if:
PR needs are steady, predictable, and limited in scope.
Your team already has strong media relationships in your core category.
Campaign intensity is low and tied mainly to internal updates or announcements.
Budget constraints favor salaried roles over agency retainers.
You prioritize deep institutional knowledge over broad external reach.
