We are very impressed with Reputation X. They are extremely knowledgeable and organized when it comes to branding and building a positive reputation for our company. My project manager oversees the team they created for us and she is very responsive to our questions and makes sure we get the results we are looking for, and need. I have worked with many other companies in the past and I think this will be the last company I’ll need to search for, because we plan to continue working with them well into the future.

We went through three firms before we discovered Heather and E2W. We were rather skeptical in engaging with them because we had spent tons of money and time with previous PR groups and had received minimal results that definitely did not justify what it cost us. From the outset, I was impressed with Heather's reaction to my verbal concerns regarding dealing with another PR firm. She was not phased by my skepticism and quickly articulated a process to insure that we would hit some pre-determined targets that we could all agree to and in the end the actual results were beyond what we expected. They are extremely professional while being personable, communicate constantly and more importantly than anything else, they got us what we wanted...results!
