Our google business account was flagged for misinformation and then suddenly deleted in February — along with more than a decade of reviews. Over 700 reviews that our team had worked incredibly hard for were just gone over night. We were devastated. We had been trying for a few months to get it resolved through other sources and were starting to feel like it was hopeless. Then, we met Peter & Kevin from EPrompt at a pediatric dental conference in mid-April. Right away, they were warm, confident, and reassuring. Their response was basically, “Sure, we’ll help you fix it. We'll figure out a way.” We were stunned to meet them at the perfect time. They did figure it out quickly and got our Google business profile and all the reviews back up and running. We are amazed and deeply grateful. What they did for us mattered so much.
