Ads designed to drivepeople to the website.The underlined paragraph are the parts of the contract that has been promised but not been delivered.I have been promised a Behavioral target so only customers interested in my service (Solar Panels System) will be targeted with the ads and directed to my website, this has not been delivered since 100% of the leads are not interested, 100% are not real customers, 100% of them did click on any add, as you can see in the spreadsheet I create for all the leads from Your Business Marketer.My ads are all in Spanish and my target is Spanish-speaking people in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, this also has not been delivered, as you can see in the spreadsheet.My ads have not been Demographic and geographically targeted since 29% are not hispanic, 13% are from another state, and 3% are out of the country.With Paid Social Media Ads, they use Targeted Social Media. They brought in third-party modules and extensions to improve our platforms UX and functionality. They now provide ongoing maintenance and support.The project started off a bit sluggish, but has drastically improved and is now going quite well. They're extremely responsive, regardless of time or day. On top of that, their team is knowledgeable and communicates well with us, creating a synergetic partnership. We use YouTrack for project management, and we communicate via Google Meet, Slack, and WhatsApp. We also have emergency contacts that we can use if necessary. What impressed us the most was that They assign seasoned developers to our project. As a result, tasks are completed quickly, usually within a few days, which is far better than I've experienced with other vendors.

There are two types of work that we would do with Kinematic Digital. One is Sitecore maintenance and operation. Consider that keeping the website up and running on a daily basis. If there are small changes we need to make, like the template of a specific page, make some configuration changes, or sometimes we change the hosting environment, such as upgrading a server, they handle that. Anything related to administration and infrastructure, we delegate to Kinematic Digital.On top of that, when we have strategic projects, we engage with them on a statement of work type of arrangement. A couple of examples of those are we switched our blog platform and the look and feel and design of the blog a couple of years ago, and Kinematic Digital handled that project, so both the design and then the technical side. More recently, we conducted a redesign of the overall branding look and feel of our website, and Kinematic Digital did that, too. They worked on both the design side of it as well as the technical deployment.

We worked with Joe Parker and a team of other people at MetaDesign to develop a website for rare disease organization. The strengths of MetaDesign are the willingness to communicate, work out issues/problems, unlimited number of edits, and ability to take feedback. The challenge we had was the person uploading copy repeatedly made mistakes with the copy that needed to be corrected (an editor's nightmare, but was fixed every time when we pointed it out).We were very happy with the design they came up with and it fit the requirements we needed. We went in with a very strong idea of what we wanted, how much copy we wanted, the pages, tabs, etc., and they were able to deliver exactly what we asked for. There was some lag time, but that was due to timing issues on our end.I'm not sure you'll ever be able to find a web designer/builder from scratch, at an affordable price, and not have some issues. When we did, we were always able to work them out with discussion and lots of screenshots!We are very happy with the final product. No bugs -- works perfectly!
