Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

I had been working with a company for many years that did my website design and specializes in e-commerce. The company pretty much was doing all the services that I needed, including SEO work. About a year ago, I decided to hire SEO Experts. I did this, because I thought it would be good to have a separate company focus on just my SEO and not have the original company do it all for my site. I believe SEO is one of the top priorities for my particular business (i.e. not to just have a great looking site, thanks to the original company, that customers can navigate through easily, but to also now focus specifically on SEO so the people can truly better find my business). I have been very pleased with SEO Experts. They provide great customer support and worked with me on a SEO strategy specifically tailored to my business, while providing monthly reports on our progress. SEO Experts have steadily improved my links, organic traffic, website Google score, and keyword ranking (to name a few examples of what SEO Experts have improved for me!). A great example is a key word (that basically sums up my company and what a potential customer would type in to "find" my type of company) Google now has my site ranking number 9 (in a very crowded hard-to-rank highly competitive field). A huge improvement from where I started for that particular keyword. In summary, I believe SEO Experts are the best at what they do and they continue to give me great ROI, as they advertise. I am a happy dentist with a startup office that opened in December 2025. I wasn't happy then. I got into a contract way back in July with a very incompetent and dishonest marketing company and lost so much time and money. I struggled and got myself out from this mess finally. I talked to multiple marketing agents and that's when I found NShine late Jan - early Feb. They definitely sounded like they knew what they were doing; they were not talking about what color my website should be or whether there should be a video playing on the background of the website. They talked about how Google algorithm works. So many marketing companies put you in their fixed package after coming up with a golden formula that they are so proud of cuz it worked on 1-2 businesses they support - they have you pay for a little bit of mailing and a little bit of Google ads and a little bit of SEO and etc. NShine straight up said in my situation, they are not going to have me pay a penny on things that don't work. They removed mailing. They removed SEO. They analyzed my office's unique situation and put my investment into just few things that actually can bring results. By the time they set up everything and the actual marketing started, it was mid Feb. Now I am writing this review mid April. I am getting 50 new patients a month and the office is doing positive cash flow. As things are moving the right path, NShin now recommends that I start investing in other marketing methods so I don't have to keep on spending money on Google Ads. They are constantly checking numbers. They are constantly adjusting their approaches to keep the ROI at the highest possible number.
