Every now and then, you leave a five-star review because you’ve had a good experience, but this time, I genuinely cannot fault Richard and the entire team at Arkin Digital for the incredible work they have done on our website. I first reached out to Richard a few years ago after an awful experience with another company that cost me a significant amount of money and ultimately that company went bust for obvious reasons. That experience was one of the worst I have ever had in any profession, especially in an industry where the consumer often has little knowledge and limited ability to research effectively. It left me feeling completely helpless. However, Richard stepped in and, for a small charge, did what he could to improve my existing website. Even though the previous site never reflected the value I had paid, his help at that time gave us the ability to continue growing our business. When we were finally in a position to invest in a new website, we had no doubt about who we wanted to work with. From start to finish, Richard has been exceptional. He reassured us throughout the process and helped craft a website that I could not be happier with. In fact, I feel the complete opposite of how I did with my previous website. I now feel like I should have paid far more than I actually did. The entire project took around six months, with countless back-and-forth discussions, yet not once did he complain or come across as frustrated. He was always patient, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to get things just right. It is highly unlikely that as we grow, we will ever look elsewhere for our digital needs. Working with OggaDoon has been a fantastic experience and the support has been incredible. OggaDoon were incredibly impressive in keeping up with our emergency response work and being able to manage the sensitivity of our work on such a public forum through the press. Nicola was incredible being available evenings and weekends to help bring the press we needed, to support the crisis work we were doing with captured volunteers in Ukraine. The results from press coverage are often hard to measure, however the positive response from the news articles creates the positive environment to allow for the captured individuals to be released and the families to be in contact before the release. Not only did Nicola and OggaDoon get us press coverage from the key broadcasting and print news outlets, such as BBC News, Sky News and The Independent, but they also helped us manage the inbound enquiries from the flood of journalist requests internationally. We gained direct press interviews in countries such as France, US and Ukraine but also picked up in 23 countries as reprint articles. OggaDoon guided us through press releases all the way through to interview techniques to make sure we got our message across.
