My team and I participated in the ENTA 'Ultimate Team Challenge'. It was fantastic. First, the challenge and the game was fun, it was full of great lessons for all of us and it was actually a challenge. (who doesn't love a good puzzle)Additionally Katelyn was a fabulous facilitator that made it fun. She did a great debrief a the end which gave me some perspective as a leader. Culture is the cornerstone of a great business, and this helped build culture.I highly recommend checking this out and seeing if it's a fit for you and your team.
