I met these guys at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show last year in Chicago. They seemed like good people at the time and so a few months later we decided to sign up with them to get some additional POS integration work done. In our conversations with their sales team, specifically with Alex Rodriguez, they had made some pretty bold promises. Despite our hesitations, Alex assured us that "they had extensive experience in this space for year and years" and could follow through on these promises. Within a week, we were onboarded to a team in India (not local like they say), and the dev team mentioned that they would not be able to help us with what promised by Alex.... they mentioned this on the first day. I said, well - this is not something we want to do then and so they respied "let us double check with our team and get back to you.. " ... and in the meantime, "we can work on looking at your current tech stack integrations"... I said "ok." Weeks passed, no response. Finally at the month mark, we had our 2nd bill from Chetu and an answer that they could not accomplish what we wanted but they had "improved some of our POS integrations" (whatever that means). I was frustrated and asked Alex the sales rep to stop the service immediately, to which he and the team replied that we had an agreement and that I would be stuck paying $5k for another few months for work I was not interested in getting done... I responded that I would not pay for a service that I did not ask for and that this was a breach of our initial agreement. I brought up our initial conversations and promises that were made when we signed to Alex. He ignored and passed me off to the devs and other members on the team.... This company is unprofessional. They overpromise and underdeliver. And to this day, they call me and write me emails weekly asking for additional payments. To this day, I'm still waiting on a response from Alex from sales. What a joke. Steer clear of this company.

Hired Chetu a long time ago to start a project, between dealing with PMs and Devs in multiple time zones, an unorganized structure, and slow development, they could not even deliver an MVP product. Sales team promised a delivery in a certain timeframe, and no milestones were ever reached on time. Glad there are options now like Claude Code and Googles Antigravity to eliminate developers like this that are going to oversell, overcharge, and under deliver.

Techugo built a cross-platform app for our direct-to-consumer skincare brand. Features included product browsing, in-app payments, and loyalty rewards. We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. The worst company and the owner "Rahul" that we have come across in our life. Don't even feel like giving a single star. First he would quote you a lower price , and do lots of errors on your website, then would ask you for more money to correct those errors and would drag it further for 2-3weeks than the said time. Would never give you updates unless you ask for . No time limit for work completion. Very unprofessional and rude and has the audacity to ask for payment without even completing half of the work and if you don't pay him he locks your half done website from his end and doesn't give you access to your website and asks you to pay . Even if you put a review on his website, which we did as we didn't like his work he was furious and asked us to remove it else he would stop access to our website. That also means that all these good reviews here are "fake". Now finally when we are in the last stages of website completion which was supposed to be done 2 months back, he against asked us to make payment saying only then he would complete the work and we refused. So he again tried to bring down the website and tried to hack in the hosting that we bought for our website. We and our business have been suffering a lot because of this guy since March this year. Writing this review, so that no one else suffers because of such unprofessional people and we are definitely taking legal action against him and the company. Also he has a fake U.S. address and phone number on his website which we confirmed by calling and contacting the person in U.S. Also this.person has been lying to us constantly that he is working in a govt . office on a govt. project for sometime and told us he was busy from 9am to 9pm mon-fri which as it is left no time for our project. Whereas he is working as a Project Manager with Purelogics Rohini since April this year which was after he started our project. Please check his Linked In profile. BEWARE!!
