I met these guys at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show last year in Chicago. They seemed like good people at the time and so a few months later we decided to sign up with them to get some additional POS integration work done.In our conversations with their sales team, specifically with Alex Rodriguez, they had made some pretty bold promises. Despite our hesitations, Alex assured us that "they had extensive experience in this space for year and years" and could follow through on these promises.Within a week, we were onboarded to a team in India (not local like they say), and the dev team mentioned that they would not be able to help us with what promised by Alex.... they mentioned this on the first day.I said, well - this is not something we want to do then and so they respied "let us double check with our team and get back to you.. " ... and in the meantime, "we can work on looking at your current tech stack integrations"... I said "ok."Weeks passed, no response. Finally at the month mark, we had our 2nd bill from Chetu and an answer that they could not accomplish what we wanted but they had "improved some of our POS integrations" (whatever that means). I was frustrated and asked Alex the sales rep to stop the service immediately, to which he and the team replied that we had an agreement and that I would be stuck paying $5k for another few months for work I was not interested in getting done... I responded that I would not pay for a service that I did not ask for and that this was a breach of our initial agreement.I brought up our initial conversations and promises that were made when we signed to Alex. He ignored and passed me off to the devs and other members on the team....This company is unprofessional. They overpromise and underdeliver. And to this day, they call me and write me emails weekly asking for additional payments.To this day, I'm still waiting on a response from Alex from sales.What a joke. Steer clear of this company.

Hired Chetu a long time ago to start a project, between dealing with PMs and Devs in multiple time zones, an unorganized structure, and slow development, they could not even deliver an MVP product. Sales team promised a delivery in a certain timeframe, and no milestones were ever reached on time. Glad there are options now like Claude Code and Googles Antigravity to eliminate developers like this that are going to oversell, overcharge, and under deliver.

Please avoid joining this company. They do not pay the salary for your work. Respect your time and your self-worth.I had a very disappointing experience with Gortnm. Despite my hard work and dedication, the company failed to provide the salary that was promised. Multiple attempts to address this issue with the management were met with either vague responses or no resolution at all. This lack of professionalism and failure to honor commitments makes it extremely difficult to recommend this company to anyone. The worst company and the owner "Rahul" that we have come across in our life. Don't even feel like giving a single star. First he would quote you a lower price , and do lots of errors on your website, then would ask you for more money to correct those errors and would drag it further for 2-3weeks than the said time.Would never give you updates unless you ask for . No time limit for work completion. Very unprofessional and rude and has the audacity to ask for payment without even completing half of the work and if you don't pay him he locks your half done website from his end and doesn't give you access to your website and asks you to pay . Even if you put a review on his website, which we did as we didn't like his work he was furious and asked us to remove it else he would stop access to our website. That also means that all these good reviews here are "fake".Now finally when we are in the last stages of website completion which was supposed to be done 2 months back, he against asked us to make payment saying only then he would complete the work and we refused. So he again tried to bring down the website and tried to hack in the hosting that we bought for our website.We and our business have been suffering a lot because of this guy since March this year.Writing this review, so that no one else suffers because of such unprofessional people and we are definitely taking legal action against him and thecompany.Also he has a fake U.S. address and phone number on his website which we confirmed by calling and contacting the person in U.S.Also this.person has been lying to us constantly that he is working in a govt . office on a govt. project for sometime and told us he was busy from 9am to 9pm mon-fri which as it is left no time for our project. Whereas he is working as a Project Manager with Purelogics Rohini since April this year which was after he started our project. Please check his Linked In profile.BEWARE!!
