I think the main area of improvement is how QA and testing was done and the impact on our timeline. aTeam was good about delivering milestone deliverables on schedule, but there were often issues that would arise in our own testing that were not caught earlier in their testing, which would create additional work. I think impacts to our timeline could have been minimized if their testing had been more thorough and tailored to the user experience, and if expectations were made clearer at the beginning that, after the final milestone was delivered, there would still be an additional debugging period.
