Our company partners primarily with the State of Nebraska, which requires us to adhere to a vast number of regulations and to utilize antiquated software, which has no connectivity to the multiple software’s we use to manage and run our business. We needed a solution that was going to streamline processes and eliminate errors in data and recording of billable services. We do are due diligence when it comes to partnering with an outside firm, so we met with multiple local software developers to discuss our pain points. We were not looking to hire a consultant we were looking for a lifelong partner that would be able to grow with us and meet our business needs. Shineforth was by far our first choice. Five years ago the company my company worked with built a custom word press site using their own themes that looks amazing. Two years ago they announced a big change and we parted ways. We looked through a few companies for help managing the word press site and Jon came recommended by a client of ours. They immediately calmed my anxiety around the parts of the site I couldn't figure out how to update and change. We had a number of calls and Jon and his team did a great job getting the site to where we wanted it to be.
