This place was great for many years but is apparently out of business although I can’t be sure. I am an existing customer and just got a new bill even though I just paid my bill. I have called and emailed many times - no response. Not sure what’s going on. Stay away.

101 digital seems to have just shut down services, with no notice to it's clients. They don't answer the phone, and emails auto answer with a message to contact Anita at Sunny Direct, who also doesn't return phone messages or emails. They've left us in a very difficult position just as we head into our busiest time of the year. If they come back in any form, I'd suggest buyer beware!
