Our team focused more on the core product and Python backend, while DevIT handled the infrastructure side using Node.js services built with NestJS and Fastify. They worked on integrations, payment flows, internal APIs, notifications, and async processing between different services. A lot of the project depended on things working reliably in the background, and their part stayed stable even as new integrations were added later. The collaboration felt pretty easy overall. Most discussions were direct and technical, without too much unnecessary process around them.
