I worked primarily with Scott, Tim and Doug to build a fairly complicated site: Paypal/credit card payments, video training modules, a graded quiz, and issuance of a completion certificate. Using the design sprint methodology, and healthy doses of design thinking, humanistic perspectives, diversity, and pragmatism, they clearly have spent a great deal of effort honing a highly efficient development strategy that makes finding creative solutions a reliable science. It gave me a lot of ideas to bring back to my own projects and meetings! The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time! It was a unique experience and a great tool for solving even the most complex problems. I'm hoping to utilize it in my current role. Terrible service. I trusted Cyber Protect LLC to help secure my data, but I still got hacked while under their protection. When I reached out for help, their support was slow, unresponsive, and offered no real solution. They took no accountability and left me to deal with the damage on my own. Completely unreliable and not worth the money. Would never recommend.Edit: Your response is disappointing and frankly evasive. If you have no record of me as a client, maybe that explains why your “protection” failed so miserably. Your slow, unresponsive support and complete lack of accountability left me to deal with the consequences alone. Claiming that neither you nor your clients have ever experienced a breach sounds more like a PR line than reality.If you want to prove otherwise, then start by owning up to your failures instead of brushing off legitimate concerns. Until then, your “enterprise-grade solutions” are nothing but empty words.

I was skeptical at first because I've been burned by SEO guys before who promise the world and disappear after you pay. A friend of mine who does HVAC referred me to Miguel and honestly I'm glad he did. Within a couple months I started getting calls from people who found me on Google.
