With the project manager, we had a short conversation every 2 weeks to clarify all possible questions.We personally love to work in a very process-oriented way. Because when we understand how to do something, we usually know how the end result can look like. With Digis, we also had the feeling that they knew what they were doing and how to do it. As a product designer, I produced the designs and flows for the team to work on. Webamboos then converted the designs into functionality, working in 2-week sprints.The team actively suggests improvements rather than simply building without asking questions. This collaboration is key to creating great products, that are both technically robust and pleasant from a UX point of view. When we did run into issues (which is unavoidable when building a complex product), we could always count on the team to adapt and come up with solutions.This includes both allocating additional resources for important fixes and sharing knowledge from highly experienced team members that were working on a different project.
