Because when we understand how to do something, we usually know how the end result can look like. With Digis, we also had the feeling that they knew what they were doing and how to do it. When we did run into issues (which is unavoidable when building a complex product), we could always count on the team to adapt and come up with solutions.This includes both allocating additional resources for important fixes and sharing knowledge from highly experienced team members that were working on a different project.
