Thanks Connect Cause! Twice this week, I have needed help with my computer and printer. Josh and Camilo came to the rescue in a timely manner. As the only employee for my non-profit, I was figuring out technology on my own. Having a team to reach out to, has been a game changer for me. Thanks!

Connect Cause has been our IT service provider for the past 3+ years, providing solid expertise and excellent customer service. Most recently they've done an outstanding job leading us through the projects of migrating to the cloud and integrating two Microsoft 365 tenants as we've gone through a merger. As a small non-profit that continues to grow and expand, we are grateful to have Connect Cause as our IT partner. They take excellent care of all of our IT equipment needs and questions, giving us more time to focus on our mission. We highly recommend them! - Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle

I’m not usually one for making posts like this about other companies I do business with but given what I’ve experienced over the last 5 years, I feel very compelled to raising awareness into my experiences with Dotsquares.Initially, this company was very good at handling our website requirements. It was thanks to this that when I became the owner of Lorryspotting.com that I figured it would make sense to have them upgrade that website. It was a big project but with all the accolades and expertise that Dotsquares boasts about, it seemed to be within their scope of capability.Instead, it turned into the most miserable of projects that was riddled with the purest incompetence that I’ve had the misfortune to witness in almost 20 years of business. As per their terms of business, I advanced paid for part of the project yet they were incapable of delivering a functioning website. Added to this, the ageing status of the old site meant we suffered a server failure 16 months ago and when restoring the old site, it was proven that Dotsquares negligently compromised the colossal amount of data held on that site to potential hackers. By this point, enough was enough. Despite so-called “project managers” apparently understanding my business, they became mouthpieces with a catalogue of excuses and rhetoric that failed to take responsibility enveloped by expectations we would continue to pay to fix what they had caused.Ordinarily, escalating this to a company’s CEO should yield an immediate improvement to rectifying a situation. The CEO of this company ignored my email and relegated its handling to the very people causing the problem and failing to deliver any outcomes. It was therefore with no other alternative that I had to commence legal proceedings against this company. Despite repeated attempts to defend what was in essence an indefensible position, we reached a settlement on the matter, the terms of which I’m bound by a confidentiality order but has avoided it being played out before a Judge.Based on my reflections, this company may theoretically claim to value their customers but in reality their actions speak far louder. They do not deserve to be in business and I can’t even begin to fathom how they deal with some of the brands that their client list cites. I would absolutely urge anyone who does, or considers to work with them in any capacity to run for the hills - you will regret it otherwise! I only wish I had of checked out some of the reviews that are out there - reflecting on them now resonates virtually a carbon copy as to my experiences!

I have been waiting for my website to be completed for two years now, and the experience has been increasingly frustrating. The lack of timely communication and follow-ups from their side has been disappointing. Despite my repeated efforts to get updates and move things forward, progress has been unreasonably slow. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and responsiveness. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and delivery timelines moving forward.

I've had my ups and downs hiring various IT professionals to assist in our tech operations. A trusted friend recommended this firm, and since then, I haven't looked back. Dealing with ITAdOn has been delightful; they have been our most reliable partner so far, and no provider I've ever hired has come close in terms of responsiveness, accountability, and professionalism.I've achieved great results with them, receiving fantastic IT support and meeting our recruiting needs. Huge thanks to the ITAdOn team for helping us scale our business.

I have been very satisfied with the IT Support we have received from ITAdOn. ITAdOn has helped us build a secure IT infrastructure that gives us peace of mind (especially where there are a lot of cybersecurity and ransomware risks nowadays). Every staff member is very competent, responsive, and easy to work with. They treat us like their own and do whatever it takes to properly get the job done. The team members at ITAdOn are truly the professionals you want on your team helping you out when your technology snags an issue. Knowing I can rely on them, they are our go-to IT support company here in Philadelphia! I highly recommend them.

ITAdOn has been managing our IT infrastructure for the last few months and we couldn’t be happier. The technical support team is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I feel great that our network, server, and our workstations are up to date and running smoothly. They recently upgraded our workstations to Windows 11 which was effortless on our end and everything is working seamlessly. Very happy with their service.

We contacted UTS for a very short notice job to install fiber between floors for a rushed move. They responded professionally and timely and did expert work to bring us live and operational at a competitive cost despite the tight time frame. Given the opportunity, I would gladly rely on them and the team they sent out again when next we have a more reasonable and planned needs execution.

John is the best. He helped me and my husband design our website for our new art gallery that we purchased. He's always there when I need him to answer any of my questions. Not only did he create our webpage but he also showed my how to add to the website. John is AMAZING!!!!!!. Would highly recommend him.

For years I did my own website as a novice. As technology changed on the web my knowledge and skills became very outdated and I had to update things to remain relevant and current. I contacted John about an updated design and to change a lot of what I used to do to bring things up to date. He gave me a reasonable quote, took what I had and gave it a whole new look. What's better is that he introduced me to a much easier way of doing things, once the learning curve was achieved. Now, there are some things I am still figuring out for myself but John is, and has been, just a phone call away to solve problems or answer questions. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and it's been working out great. I highly recommend John and Evolved Designs for your website needs.

The folks at Durable Programming did an exceptional job recovering and updating our broken tool (coded years ago in Ruby on Rails). Throughout the process they were responsive, patient, and communicative. We also greatly appreciate their support of nonprofits. We'll definitely be a repeat customer!
