It has been a wonderful experience working along Skyplanner the past year. They are highly skilled professionals that provide exceptional customer service. The execution of the project was a success and all of our employees were very satisfied with the service.For several years our company has worked with several systems across different departments, so our goal was to standardize information between our departments using Salesforce. This process can be very difficult especially as we were very new to Salesforce. The wonderful thing about working with Skyplanner is that they were personally invested and made sure we understood the entire process. They constantly supported us and any time we had trouble they were there without any hesitations to offer their help and solutions.I would definitely recommend working with the Skyplanner team. It was a very enjoyable experience working with them and our project was a success. I really look forward to see how else we can work with them in the future.

SkyPlanner came initially just for a consultation about our lead processes. Due to the volume of leads, we were not being able to track them properly. After some brainstorming sessions, we designed together a much efficient lead nurturing process that automates many of the tasks we had to do and gave us the extra bandwidth to better manage our queues. Good team, very professional.

I paid to have a flat fixed which was overpriced as is. And then my tire blew out the next day due to th3 incorrect fix. He put the wrong amount of tire pressure. So I paid for a new tire and a tire line. They said it would take two weeks to replace one tire. And then after two weeks they stopped answering the phone. I had to call the other shop to get ahold of someone. Just to find out it will take another eight days to change one tire. Probably the most unprofessional people I've ever met.

Amazing customer service! I had some challenges with my electric bike purchase (not to do with Propel) but everyone at this store went above and beyond to make sure it was resolved. In particular a huge shoutout to Cat who handled all our correspondence and issues with great care and attention to detail. She made an otherwise challenging process so easy. It makes so much difference when someone clearly cares about their job and the service you are getting. She was incredible and I could not recommend her and Propel Electric Bikes more!
