I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

The new books have now arrived and everything is in order.The quality of the books is really beautiful — I already own a few from previous orders and I have always been happy with them, which is also why this order mattered to me.I do have to say that the communication during the problem was not ideal and I had to actively reach out several times before the situation was properly resolved. However, once I got in contact with the support team, they did take responsibility, reprinted the order, and made sure it was delivered.In the end, the issue was resolved and I’m happy to finally have the books. I hope that future orders will go more smoothly, because the product itself is really lovely and I would like to be able to order again with confidence.*Old review*Order Not Dispatched, No Real Customer SupportI am extremely disappointed with my current experience.I have ordered from this company before and all of my previous orders arrived without any issues. That’s actually why this situation is so surprising and frustrating for me — until now, I was happy and satisfied.However, I placed an order on February 8 with an estimated delivery date of February 17, and today is February 25. The tracking status still says: “We are waiting for the package handover,” which means the parcel has not even been handed over to the carrier.I contacted Packeta/Zásilkovna directly, and they confirmed that the parcel has NOT been handed over to them at all.I have tried reaching customer support multiple times via the help center, Instagram, and even by phone, but I only receive automated replies or no response. My calls are not being answered, and I have not received a clear explanation from a real person.I genuinely wanted to continue ordering and become a loyal long-term customer, especially because my previous experiences were positive. But this situation and the lack of communication are very disappointing and concerning.I simply want transparency and a clear explanation of where my order actually is.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
