Called to get a quote on translation of 3 birth certificates and was quoted $360 (way overpriced). Looked into other places and was quoted $90 so I called and spoke to Jay, I asked how come price was so much more and he could not explain, but said he could do it for the $90 and to send doccuments. Sent documents and did not get a call back so I called and asked to speak to Jay, but Jenny confirmed she received email, and cost was $360 I told her Jay gave me a different quote, she was not pleased I was quote less than $360 and gave me the run around and I was not able to speak to Jay. I kept getting placed on hold and had to keep calling and now they have my sensitive doccuments. Very frustrating. Terrible service. You can get the same service else were for much less.

Needed help translating 1970 Korean birth certificate papers into English. Dropped in to the 2nd floor office and the documents were translated while we took lunch. Very nice and very grateful. Advice: ask for a cost estimate before deciding. Our paid fee was very reasonable.

Horrendous service. We reached out to Day Translations for assisting with an important USCIS interview for our client. We paid the fee and everything was ready. Then, on the day of the interview the client is waiting outside the location and there is no translator to be found. He calls Day Translations and they tell him on the phone that his interpreter pulled out of the interview for "emergency reasons". Not only did we loose a key interpreter 30 minutes before the interview, Day Translations did not even notify us about it and if we didn't call to check, we would be completely screwed. We then had to scramble ourselves to provide an alternative because they couldn't. And they refused to compensate us for the sunk costs we incurred by getting a last second translator. Would never recommend this horrible company to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Day Translations for a USCIS interview. Our interpreter, Carlos Güiza, was truly excellent. He was very cordial, professional, and kind, and made us feel comfortable right away. The interpretation itself was flawless, but what really stood out was how helpful he was in explaining parts of the process as we went along. That made a big difference for us. I also want to highlight the broader team. We had a few logistical issues on our end, and they were very responsive, tried to reach us, and still made everything work smoothly. That level of professionalism was really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend their services.

I first hired Indigoextra more than ten years ago to create a website offering my services as an interfaith wedding celebrant. Over the years Indigoextra have created two further fabulous websites for me, as well as upgrading my initial site to make it mobile friendly. They have also completed an SEO campaign for the group website scottishweddingceremony.co.uk for which me and my colleagues now rank on the first page of Google for 'Scottish Wedding', which we are all delighted with. The first website, gettingmarriedinscotland.org included a logo design, Drupal web design and SEO. Since then, they have upgraded the site and created Scottish Wedding Ceremony which now provides details of 20 different interfaith ministers in Scotland. They created an interface where ministers can login and add their own content and photos, helped write content for ministers following an online chat with them where this was required and optimised the site for several keywords. They also created a dedicated same sex LGBTQIA+ wedding website site for me echoing the design of the first wedding website. Both GettingmarriedinScotland and Scottishweddingceremony websites now rank on the first page for a range of target keywords and form my main source of enquiries. The ministers featured on Scottish Wedding Ceremony nearly always renew, which indicates they are also happy with both the service and the number of enquiries they receive.

I am an employee who cannot log into my account. The operator refused to help me, said I need to contact my manager(I don't know who that is) or respond to the email I got. I responded 3 days ago and no response. There is no name on that email and the number I tried calling gets disconnected. The operator said "I don't know what else to tell me, good luck" AND LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! THAT IS NO WAY TO TREAT AN EMPLOYEE OR CUSTOMER

They placed an Ad on Craigslist recruiting people to do voice data collection for one of their products that uses siri. They Advertised they will pay $60. Every time you ask them about the money, They start trying to use a secret they think they know about you to avoid paying. They sent me about 8 forms to fill out for the $60 including the I-9 form and a w-2 form for $60. I was scheduled to be there at 9am for the study and was on time. They said 12 to 15 business days for $60. I filled papers and sent them. As I was approaching the building something was like this company be killing people and their a front for a government agency. I ignored it cause I needed the $60. I sent the paper work Oct 29th and received an email on Nov 15 saying I need to resubmit the papers. I am suppose to be receiving the money by Nov 19. IM I suppose to wait another 12-15 business days? This company is preying on people who are low on cash and participate to get cash. These people got my ss#, is picture, and voice recording that They alter and use for something else. I want my $60. UPDATE: I did receive a gift card but to AMAZON. When I signed up they stated they pay cash either through direct deposit, cash app, or visa master gift card/ nothing about any amazon. I wanted cash, like they said they would pay.
