They listen carefully, and keep asking right questions until they fully understand what is needed to be done. They communicate clearly and frequently. I never felt I have to chase them. They completed the tasks exactly how I wanted, in some cases they also exceeded my expectations. They are very reliable and very good with eCommerce.
