By looking at Youtube pages and references, you expect a high quality job. Although I sent them the exact sample I wanted, very amateur works came out. I could have done the same job on fiverr for $150 but I paid $270. At the end of 14 days, I received half a job and now I am doing the rest of the work myself. They did not offer a refund.
