Ruby on Rails Review from Michael Peter Craies

Rubyroid Labs joined our team at a time when we were starved for Ruby on Rails devs. After a very short while, the assigned team members were taking on more and more complex code and helped bolster our development outputs. Before they joined us, our average bug response time was over 2 weeks, a value that they have helped us reduce to under 8 days, with urgent tickets being resolved within a few hours. There teams' response times regarding staff movements (e.g. replacing one of our assigned devs) as well as our queries are impressive. I would definitely recommend them to any company looking to outsource their development needs.

eCommerce Development Review from Olha Yilmaz

We were searching for a partner because advertising alone can't deliver great results if the website isn't well-designed, user-friendly, and fast. That's why we chose to work with DigitalSuits, integrating their development services to enhance site performance alongside our advertising and SEO optimization efforts.DigitalSuits exceeded our expectations. They redesigned the entire store to create a modern, responsive interface, developed a dynamic product configurator that enabled real-time customization, and optimized the sites performance for faster loading times. As a result, our client saw an increase in engagement rates, a 33% reduction in page load times that led to lower bounce rates, and a 25% boost in average order value. DigitalSuits' project management was exceptional, they responded quickly to the clients needs and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

We needed a website for selling something special like experiences. As it was not a simple Shopify functionality, we chose DigitalSuits company as a Shopify expert. With their help, we created an e-commerce solution to sell experiences. Before the development process, DigitalSuits implemented all documentation covering the business requirements, guides on mockup creation, and product functionality. DigitalSuits experts know how to support and provide further improvements to our website.

eCommerce Development Review from Andrey Ryabuhin

Our client asked DigitalSuits to help with Shopify store development. To do so, the company was responsible for website design and development, and post-release maintenance and support. The company provided us with a team of 3 developers, 1 UI/UX designer, and a Project Manager. To help increase brand awareness and make the E-Commerce platform as useful as possible, DigitalSuits added the FAQ section, Blog and About pages, custom features like bundle creator, and a User Profile page.

Web Development Review from Beata Twardowska

The team was committed, helpful, easy to collaborate, and most importantly professional and skilled. They knew perfectly well what solution we needed based on the goals we described to them. What we value the most is good communication. We were kept informed about the progress of work and we got answers to all of our questions. Our clients love the new design and now they have even better understanding of our services. We have also received many positive opinions from industry specialists. We are very satisfied with the cooperation and its results. There is not much to improve. When we first launched, we found the animations a little too fast and we had to adjust them.Every challenge has been met. Our new website is safe (0 attacks after launch), fast – despite using so many animations (page speed insight analysis showed 86 on the desktop and almost 60 on mobile), and both user- and seo-friendly.

High skills and responsibility make Naturaily a reliable, trustworthy, and professional technological partner. They grasp even the most nuanced details of our requirements and are effective in managing project needs. We can count on them even with the tiniest issues as the developers we work with are attentive, good communicators, and always stay in touch. They’re versatile enough to comfortably connect and engage with both technical and non-technical staff.Naturaily consistently delivers tasks and project stages on time, and we’ve seen a noticeable reduction in website bugs as a result. The great thing is that their team brings valuable proactive insights, thoughts, and suggestions to the table.Naturaily helped us drive the website project forward with a clear understanding of our strategic goals and operational needs – all while in a specific technological environment. They’ve been highly operational and creative whatever a challenge or change came.Naturaily used Jamstack architecture (Vue.js and Nuxt.js) to improve our website’s front-end interactivity and back-end efficiency. This upgrade laid the groundwork for additional features, crucial for the site's evolution and business growth. From the very beginning, they’ve supported us with great dedication and skillfulness, all while minimizing the need for continuous technical oversight.
